It has been reported that Paris Saint-Germain will officially announce Ander Herrera’s arrival next week.
What has happened?
The 29-year-old’s contract with the Red Devils will come to an end this weekend and he has rejected the chance to renew his contract. This season, the former Athletic Bilbao midfielder made 28 appearances in all competitions, including 22 in the Premier League. He has been linked to a move to PSG for some time and at last, it is set to happen once July arrives.
PSG are expected to unveil Sevilla midfielder Pablo Sarabia next week too, for a fee of €19.5m.
While PSG are in the midst of welcoming players, the French club is also reportedly keen to let go of Neymar who does not want to play for the club any more. According to reports, the Brazilian regrets leaving Barcelona and wishes for a return to the La Liga club.
What might happen?
The Red Devils star could be one of the many leaving Old Trafford this summer. Romelu Lukaku has also been linked to a move to Inter Milan while Paul Pogba reportedly wants to leave the club this summer too.
Meanwhile, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be welcoming Aaron Wan-Bissaka after a deal between United and Crystal Palace have been agreed.
